In order to return an item, please make sure that:
- The item or items were purchased in the last 30 days
- The item or items are in the original packaging
The following items cannot be returned:
- The item was made to your specifications or was personalized
- The item has been used or damaged after delivery
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item or items. We will pay the return shipping costs and replace the item if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). There will be a $5 restocking fee on all items that were purchased on the website and returned.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of Mustard Seed Co. receiving the returned item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
You should expect your order to be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Our shipping options for shipping within the U.S. are as follows. Business days are Tuesday through Saturday only and do not include national holidays.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100
- Orders under $100 will be charged on a flat rate shipping basis per item
Please note that the shipping rates for our products must be determined on a per item basis due to the fragile nature and heavy weight of many of our products.
We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
